Double the Solitaire Double the Strength

Another double Solitaire thrombectomy — in the M2. Not often needed, but it worked

M1 occlusion (top left). After two aspirations, there is a saddle embolus in the dominant inferior division M2 (ovals).  In this case, subocclusive nature allows visualization of the two major branches.
