Angio — see something?

There has been a rerupture between original CT/CTA and this angio. There is so much blood already in subarachnoid space that the rerupture is contained in the suprasellar cistern in front of the aneurysm. Notice a fluid/fluid level in the lower right image

DYNA CT confirms rerupture — see the fluid level?

MIP images — the aneurysm wall is silhouetted by contrast inside and outside the aneurysm
