SCA Vermian Division Ruptured Aneurysm Flow Diversion

Vantage treatment of a ruptured SCA Vermian Division Pseudoaneurysm

Lots of points here. Whenever SCAs are “duplicated” vermian division is always more cranial. When not duplicated (left side) vermian division is almost always the more superior branch.

Headway 21 would not traverse the pseudoaneurysm at the distal aspect. Tiger or comaneci can help here — if it is able to go through the aneurysm (cant be torqued), the catheter will always follow since there is no step-off at all between the multiple wires of the Tiger (middle row)
